Disability support, with food skills at its heart.
Nourish Independence was founded by an experienced disability support worker currently studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Newcastle.
Our approach brings practical disability support experience together with nutrition knowledge to help teenagers and adults work towards meaningful everyday goals. Food is our specialty, but support can extend well beyond the kitchen.
We believe the best support builds on what people can already do, respects their choices and helps them develop skills for the future.
